Driven by the trend toward larger and more integrated central control panels in new energy vehicles, the membrane switch market is projected to reach 12 billion RMB by 2025. Multiple models, including Tesla's Model 3/Y, have adopted fully touch-sensitive membrane panels, spurring upstream PET film and conductive ink manufacturers to expand production.
Securities analysts note that leading domestic companies like Suzhou Microgate Technology are accelerating their deployment of automotive-grade products. Their high-temperature-resistant membrane switches (-40°C to 85°C) have already received BYD certification. In the secondary market, related stocks have seen an average 15% monthly increase, emerging as a new growth driver in the electronic components sector.
