Membrane switch adopts transparent/semi-transparent area (e.g. PVC, PET material) combined with key area, customized translucent window through UV screen printing process, supporting real-time display of device status or backlight indication; key surface can be combined with bulging design (raised height 0.3-1.2mm), to enhance the tactile feedback and pressing. The surface of the buttons can be combined with a bulge design (bump height 0.3-1.2mm) to enhance tactile feedback and press accuracy.

The conductive layer is formed by silver paste or carbon ink printing, the upper and lower circuit contact on-resistance ≤ 100Ω, trigger signal response. The window edges are ultrasonically welded or sealed with IP67 grade sealant to prevent liquid infiltration and prolong service life (press life ≥100,000 times).
