Flexible circuit substrate
Using polyimide (PI) or polyester film (PET) as the substrate, precision conductive lines are formed through etching process, with ultra-high flexibility (dynamic bending>100000 times) and surface adaptability.
Multi layer structure integration
The typical structure includes: panel layer (graphic and textual identification), upper circuit layer (conductive contacts), isolation layer (insulation spacing), lower circuit layer (conductive plates), and backing layer (adhesive fixation).
Working principle
When pressed, the upper circuit contact deforms downward and contacts the lower circuit plate, triggering the circuit signal; Release the contact and rebound to disconnect the connection, achieving the switch function.
