It offers excellent resistance to water, dust, oil, and corrosive gases, making it adaptable to various complex industrial environments. With a long service life, it can withstand over 1 million presses under normal usage conditions.
Compact and Lightweight:
The membrane switch adopts a planar multi-layer sealed structure, which is thin and lightweight. It does not occupy excessive space, making it easy to install in various industrial instruments.
Aesthetic and Customizable Design:
Through digital printing and other technologies, it enables clear patterns and vibrant panel designs. Additionally, it supports personalized customization based on customer requirements, including colors, patterns, and key layouts.
Primary Types
Metal Spring Type: Offers the longest lifespan, typically reaching 500,000 to 1,000,000 cycles, with some premium springs exceeding 1,000,000 cycles.
Convex-surface tactile film type (silicone or PET raised dots): Medium lifespan, generally 100,000–500,000 presses. Dots' material ageing affects longevity.
Flat non-tactile type: Shorter lifespan, typically 100,000–300,000 presses. Lacking physical rebound structure, prolonged pressing may cause circuit contact failure.
