Membrane Keypad One Button Characteristics
Simple structure and beautiful appearance: The membrane switch is composed of insulating materials and conductive material layers with certain elasticity, with a simple structure and beautiful appearance. The manufacturing process mostly adopts screen printing method, which involves printing conductive printing material onto flexible polyester (PET) film and then combining it with flexible substrate, PCB board or other panel materials.
Strong environmental resistance: Membrane switches have good waterproof, dustproof, oil proof, and harmful gas erosion resistance, and can maintain normal operation in harsh environments such as humidity, dust, or oil stains. Its sealing design can effectively prevent dust and moisture from entering, ensuring stable electrical performance.
Stable and reliable performance: The contacts of the membrane switch are not easily corroded by harmful gases from the outside, and have a long lifespan and high reliability. When external force is applied to a certain function button on the panel, the corresponding contact of the button instantly closes, and the signal is transmitted to the rear circuit through the connector to achieve the transmission of operation instructions. After the external force is removed, the contacts quickly separate and reset, ensuring that the overall working state of the machine is not affected.
Application Areas
